Shipping Policy for DigitalBlinkit
At DigitalBlinkit, we strive to provide a seamless experience when buying and selling digital assets. Since our platform deals exclusively with online businesses, websites, and digital properties, there is no need for physical shipping. However, for additional ease of communication and to facilitate any necessary transfers or details post-sale, all interactions between the buyer and seller will take place through WhatsApp.
Shipping Process
- Digital Transactions Only
All purchases and transfers of digital assets such as websites, domains, or online businesses are conducted online. There is no physical product to ship, as DigitalBlinkit facilitates only the exchange of digital properties. - WhatsApp Communication
After a successful purchase, both the buyer and seller are required to connect through WhatsApp for the final transfer of assets. The seller is responsible for initiating communication within 24 hours after the transaction is completed on our platform. - Asset Transfer
Any required credentials, licenses, or additional files related to the digital asset must be sent directly via WhatsApp in a timely manner. Both parties must confirm receipt and satisfactory transfer of all components of the digital asset. - Post-Sale Support
If post-sale support is needed (such as technical assistance or further guidance on how to manage the newly purchased digital property), the seller should remain available via WhatsApp for an agreed-upon period as per the terms outlined in each individual listing. - Disputes & Issues
Any disputes or issues related to the digital asset transfer should be communicated through WhatsApp, and both parties are encouraged to resolve any concerns amicably. If additional mediation is required, DigitalBlinkit’s support team will assist as needed.
Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
Buyer: Ensure that you have received all the necessary digital files, credentials, and licenses related to the asset.
Seller: Deliver all required files and information promptly through WhatsApp and provide any agreed-upon post-sale assistance.
We encourage both buyers and sellers to maintain clear and open communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth transaction.
